Flex Day Reflection

1)
3. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the top score, how would you rate the quality of the work environment you saw here, and why?

I would give it a 7 because it looked like a well organized factory and that everyone knew everything that they were supposed to do but, it was very dusty so many people had to wear masks. I would have given it a 6 but at least they had the masks, or at least some of them did.

2)
It looked like all of the people that worked at the factory knew what they were doing and seemed to understand what they were supposed to do and did a good job of it, they also looked like they were very familiar with the machinery at the factory that they were assigned to use.

What is the message he is trying to get across to his classmates?

He is not only trying to get something to his clasmates, but to his teachers as well. He is telling the teachers & students that they are not realizing problems to do with bullying going on everyday. He is telling the students that they are all part of it and that people need to become aware that its not funny. He is also saying to the students that soon enough, they are going to be the unpopular kids who wont have money, or a lot of friends, and that the only reason people are friends with the bullies is that they are afraid of the bullies and think they will beat them up if he doesnt have any respect. Later on in the book, Big Chris starts to realize that thats going to happen to him, so he stops being friends with Burke and Blanchette.

1) Why was Russell so opposed to the idea (pg. 110)? Explain. (4 pts)

1. I think Russel was so opposed to the idea about Elliot putting his story about Richie in The Revealer because the day before Richie scared Burke and Blanchette away who were bullying Russel, but he also said to keep everything fair, and to not mess with him or else things will get ugly like before, and then Russel started thinking that Richie was becoming a better person on page 97.

2. The relationship between Russel and Richie is getting more friendly, but still Richie said to not mess with him or Richie will mess with him.
